Division III builds
more than athletes.
It builds leaders — student-athletes who earn confidence through discipline, resilience, and hard work.
Student-athletes who compete for championships while pursuing degrees that reflect curiosity, scholarship, and a commitment to something bigger than the game.
The D3 path isn’t about hype. It’s about substance.
That’s a commitment your future self will be proud of.
You deserve to follow a path

In eighth and ninth grades, the program develops student-athletes to gear up for high school and recognize the work and mindset required to become sought-after recruits. When recruiting begins in the 10th grade, YD3 offers strategic recruiting guidance in 10 sports: boys’ and girls’ basketball, lacrosse and soccer, as well as baseball, field hockey, football and softball.
