Playing at the Division III level shaped far more than my experience as an athlete—it set the foundation for who I am today. It pushed me to grow academically, personally, and professionally, while reinforcing the value of discipline, balance, and initiative. Through the relationships I built, including connections with teammates’ families, I was able to secure a job at Deloitte after graduation—an opportunity that showed me the real power of the D3 network. Just as importantly, the experience instilled in me the drive and confidence to stay engaged beyond my career, continuing to seek out and contribute to communities and organizations that matter to me.
